I’m not at all a cooking princess and I’m usually not the one cooking at home. But the first step in our change to a more ecological way of living was to start making our own cookies.
So now I don’t have all their packaging; I know exactly what they contain (quality, origin of products) and realize better how much calories it contains (mixing butter and sugar speaks better than looking at a small table on a cookies packaging).
Those recipes are “happy fews” that have been validated by the entire family š
I want them easy and fast to prepare; relatively healthy and not containing too many exotic ingredients, and of course that everyone likes them!
Most of the recipes are inspired from the book “500 cookies” from Philippa Vanstone.
