Finally, a home-made glue which is working! But you will have to learn to be patient as it doesn’t dry as fast as we are used to.

I tried different recipes, and they all worked quite well. Here below you find 2 recipes.
RECIPE 1
If you want to make glue and keep it for some weeks, this one will not dry out or get yeast too fast.
Ingredients (modify the quantities if needed to minimize waste):
- 25gr of flour
- 75ml of water
- 40gr of sugar
- 1ml vinegar or 3 drops tea tree essential oil (as preservative)
Preparation (less than 5 min):

Mix the flour and the sugar in a cooking pot; and add about 25ml of the water. Make it a paste without clumps. Then add another 25ml of the water, and the vinegar. Put the fire lower and stir until your glue starts to thicken. Add again 25ml (or more) to get a more liquid consistency (and it also helps to cool it down).

RECIPE 2:
If you want glue to use directly in big quantities, for examples to make papier maché, then this one is working very well too.
- 1 cup of water and 1 cup of flour; mix. Done!
OR
- 5 cups of water and 1 cup of flour; boil for 3 min while mixing (it will thicken). Done!
I tried both, i like the first one better (thinner and easier to smear); but the second one is cheaper and also works well.
