Ingredients:
- 150 gr cane sugar
- 75 gr butter
- 150 gr sesame seeds (to be roasted in advance 5 min at 175°C)
- 1 egg
- Vanilla extract (I use can sugar which has been resting with a Vanilla stick for some time)
- 75 gr flour
- a pinch of salt and baking powder
Preparation (10 min + roasting the sesame seeds):
Add all ingredients one by one, following the order here above. I just smear the dough all over the baking tray (using a reusable baking paper underneath, of course).
Bake for 5 to 10 min at 160°C (until they are getting light brown).
Then I cut the cookies in small rectangles before they get too cold (if you wait too long, they will break).
